This was a crazy day but we got it done whew and were we tired.. flowers for a wedding at the Biltmore hotel in Los Angeles with 250 guests...we were able to take a few pics but not as many as I would have liked. hopefully the brides photog took some more for me.

•5 bar and cocktail tables
•head table 12 multi vintage vases
•250 tied ribbon napkins
•250 tied photos with rosemary with a flicker account on back.

•37 spray painted wooden numbers with glitter.

Brett & Bowen's Fiesta fun! A Real wedding
As promised here is the most awesome wedding of Brett & Bowen that, we, Erin Hearts Court, just photographed. This would be my first, "multi" wedding. The invitations, the bouquets & bouts, photography, and some fun suggestions here and there. Oh not to mention we have all become great friends!! Which makes all of it even more fun. They actually thanked us in their speech at the wedding! We felt absolutely honored. :)
The wedding took place at the campus of Pamona College, where they met and fell and love. Even though it rained and the plan "B" indoor option had to take place everything was still so wonderful and it made for some wonderful soft lighting and gorgeous clouds for the outside portraits and the walk to the ceremony. Not to mention the party was still amazingly fun. When we were done shooting we stayed and danced to a few tunes!
here are my favs from the day go to our blog to see more!
A little photo love for us with them!

Vintage Study Table Top Trend
YEAY!!! Finally my table top is on Once Wed. Emily was waiting to showcase it on her new and improved blog so I have been dying with anticipation for the last 4 months waiting for the post. I began to almost think she wasn't going to post it. :) But not the case! you can view the post here
Here is a description and item purchase list!
This table top once again utilizes the basics given at a venue. The round table, the white table cloth, basic white dishes. I wanted to have a fun table top that incorporates the a worldly traveler's home office or study. Lots of books, fun vintage cameras, maps or globes, and the perfect low-ball glass for that night cap. I wanted a look that was masculine but with feminine touches. White fluffy flowers but with leather napkin rings. The color palette was consistent of a soft and muted look, so there was nothing overpowering each other. I also had to add owls and pom poms just to give it a little quirkiness. I covered the white table cloth with mosquito netting to give some texture and some loose flowing drape to it and soften it with texture. I'm picturing the invitation to this fun and studious wedding would be shaped and written like an old manuscript, very simple with a typewriter font with old vintage maps for envelope liners. So fun.
Where to find it:
The books I gathered at the goodwill, based on color palette not title. I used one of the books and curled it's pages inward to make the "vase" for the flowers. For them to stay fresh each stem must have it's own little flower tube of water.
The vintage looking globe is from World Market.
The Owl Salt and Pepper shaker are from Anthropologie.
The Owl Glasses are from my own collection. Along with the old vintage Polaroid.
The Kraft paper numbers can be purchased at Paper Source or the Craft Pedlars online.
The Napkin Rings I made myself using strips of leather and fun little scrap booking metal tag holders. All from Michael's Arts and Crafts.
Candles and amber votives are also from Michael's.
The white and blue dessert plates are from Ikea
All rentals are from Arcadia Party rentals here in California

Cotton LOve
Our 2 year wedding anniversary was yesterday....mmmmm love. The 2nd year is cotton. Since we are both pretty bad at giving presents on present giving days :) we usually go out to dinner and do funny stuff to celebrate. So for our cotton present we each made one another a cotton ball animal. Erin made me a "Gerb-amb" combo of a gerbil and a lamb. I made Erin a "lyo-errier" a mix between a lyon and a scottish terrier. Both equally filled with love and goodness! Happy anniversary to us!
